Our large living room and dining room each have patio doors to the balcony where you can sit back and take it all in. The living has a beautiful queen size sleeper sofa with sea shell pictures on the wall and a comfy, relaxing, rocker/recliner. Enjoy movies on our large LCD flat screen TV and DVD player.
The condo is beautifully furnished and fabulously equipped for 6 - linens, towels, kitchen accessories (including English tea pot) and beach chairs. Just bring your personal belongings and enjoy.
The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and a walk-in closet. Bathroom has a large sized tub with separate, large walk-in shower and vanity area. All withbeautiful Italian tiles. Second bedroom has a 2 twins,walk-in closet and the best view of the river. There is also an air mattress for flexibility.
LaVista del Sol is an exclusive, European style building with only 16 units and state-of-the-art security, private access elevator from the garage right up to the apartment, some owner occupied so it has an 'at home' feeling and is not crowded and noisy with vacationers. It has a small pool/spa and deck and it is less than 100 yards to the beach.
