Saar Wine Updates
2001Some photos from our last wine racking. As you all can see, we have always fun. The best of all is the wine tasting. It's always a surprise.
As you can see the wine shelves are pretty full with wine from 2000 and the white wine (Semillon Blanc) from last year.
The red wine (50%Cab/50%Merlot) has to stay in the barrel for at least 5 more months. Probably until summer 2002.
During this wine racking we tried my new wine filter. The results are impressive. The wine is very clear and will have minimal sediments.
